10 Year Warranty

Warranty Terms:

BIONOMIC^® SEATING SOLUTIONS warrants that for the stated warranty term of ten years (10), BIONOMIC^® SEATING SOLUTIONS will repair or replace any piece of furniture which is defective in material or workmanship. Our warranty term will be explicitly stated on our quotation and/or invoice. The decision to repair or replace will be at the discretion of BIONOMIC^® SEATING SOLUTIONS. To exercise your rights under this warranty, you must submit the original sales invoice when making a claim.

Limitation and Exclusion

The following are excluded from coverage under this warranty.

Normal Use
This warranty applies only when you have purchased the BIONOMIC^® SEATING SOLUTIONS furniture for normal commercial use. Normal use does not included resale or rental use.

Improper Care and Use
Your BIONOMIC^® SEATING SOLUTIONS chair requires routine maintenance. Please take care to treat your furniture like the fine product it is. Proper care and use are essential to preserving your rights under this warranty. BIONOMIC^® SEATING SOLUTIONS will not repair or replace your furniture if improper maintenance or improper use causes damage. This warranty does not apply if your product is damaged by the use of detergents, abrasives or other harsh cleaning agents.

Accidents, Abuse and Normal Wear and Tear
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from: negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents; including burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations or pet damage.

Product Modification
Any product modification not authorized by BIONOMIC^® SEATING SOLUTIONS will void this warranty.

Consequential or Incidental Damages
BIONOMIC^® SEATING SOLUTIONS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. By this BIONOMIC^® SEATING SOLUTIONS means any loss, expense, or damage other than to the furniture itself that may result from a defect in the furniture.
